Breakfast was ok it is clean and friendly but I have stayed in several locations in Carmel and like the charm but this is like any other hotel anywhere. Parking was great they had a parking lot so you don’t have to park on the street.

Every room needs window replacements, the windows are original when the facility was built. Room was very clean, courtyard very clean,

Window screens were torn on all windows. It was unseasonably warm and-no air conditioning at hotel or restaurants. They were resurfacing the parking area when we arrived so parking was limited with no communication about that issue before we arrived. Staff was polite rooms were clean and maintained.

It was a great location, but it was a noisiest place. I’ve ever been in my entire life. You could not sleep at all every single thing anyone who spoke there was a loud party. It was loud. It was noisy. It was you could hear from room to room there was no peace at all. Worst nice to sleep. I’ve ever had in a hotel.
