What a gem!! Great location, great room. We will be back

Very clean and new Big spacious room Can’t wait for air conditioning It was hot and couldn’t leave blinds open to let air through as people can see when walking by. Did not have any fans available

Location is walkable to restaurants, shops art galleries. Parking on site.

The room and property were very nice. But there was a heat wave when we visited and the air conditioning system was not working. Two out of three of the staff that we encountered at reception were un friendly and un helpful. If it weren’t for failing air conditioning and staff, our review would be 5 star.

Location There are not enough parking spaces at the hotel. The AC in the room didn’t work.

Clean, very good location, quiet and comfortable beds. To people wanted to rent this place: currently they have no AC! We payed a lot and weren’t informed that the AC is not working yet. There’s no information stated anywhere about that. It wasn’t a funny joke but reality. It was very hot one day and the night that day was uncomfortable to say the least. If u care about being fully comfortable I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they finish their AC!!

Front desk guy was very pleasant, and helpful.

Super comfortable bed, spacious shower, great living room, Keurig coffee maker, big smart TV’s , etc. etc. Just loved this place

Perfect location in Carmel. Clean and friendly staff who were flexible with my late night check in time when my flight was delayed. Would have been perfect if room had A/C as weather was unusually warm. But when requested the hotel did provide a fan. Would totally recommend this property.

Location! The AC is not functioning yet, almost ready they said, and you don’t need it during this time a year, but with the windows open there’s some outside that once the AC is ready it with help to avoid that.

We loved how clean and organized the place was, and we were especially impressed by the location. We could easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing as well—very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

We always stay here- this is our first time since the rooms have been redone. The location is perfect- the coffee and cookies in the lobby are welcome throughout the day, and now with the refreshed interiors, it’s even better than before

The staff was extremely kind and helpful as well as acommodating. The recently renovated facilities were great. The room had more than enough space and amenities. We had a lovely stay. Great bakery just across, worth the stop.
