Normandy Inn

Location, price ,value, breakfast , clean, and street parking. Great for 1 night. Friendly staff. Our room was small but wanted a king bed. If you are physically / mobility challenged this hotel is not for you.

This place was incredibly charming! We loved being able to be so close to town and not having to drive for coffee, or any meals! The place was very comfortable and would stay here again.

Great central location in Carmel. Few minutes down to beach and right in the edge of all the shops & restaurants. One of the most idilic settings. Very comfortable bed. Plenty parking directly outside property.

It was a 5min drive to the stairway entrance of the beach and a 10min walk to the other side of the beach. Literally right on Ocean Ave and within steps your in front of restaurants, shoppes and more. Street parking is limited. Streets are incline. Our room window was facing the little pool. Walls are thin but with earplugs it was fine. Kinda pricy but understandable because of the area and convenience.

Some parking not a lot, but we didn't have any problems getting parking on the street very close.

They told us when we checked in that they were short staffed, so probably would not get room tidy or fresh towels unless we really needed it. The location of this property was great and the lady working the breakfast area was awesome. I would stay again for the location!

Darling hotel, nice spacious room, staff all very pleasant, great breakfast, pool is nice and warm, and a great location of course!

Everything about this Inn was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location as well

Great location and the room was large and comfortable. The only negative were the number of stairs to be navigated with large suitcases.

We found the Normandy Inn to be very nice. We had a lovely room on the second level with a view of the ocean (through the fog). It was a much larger room than we expected with lots of storage and great amenities. It was quiet there though the rooms were all booked. We loved the location and we walked all over town. The continental breakfast was convenient and offered delicious items and great coffee. We will gladly stay again as we visit Carmel 2-3x a year.
