Room door was open when I went to it after check in. This is a scary situation for any travelers but especially a solo one. I had no idea if anyone was lurking in the room. Also, came home with over a dozen bed bug bites. Will never stay at this location again.

I had a great stay here would definitely return

Overall, the hotel is OK, there were a few things that I noticed, for example, the grass was high on the sides and near the pool area; next the customer service representative when checking me in had a very mundane personality not exciting at all. The young lady was not mean at all, but didn’t really have a great and engaging personality. Finally breakfast was great a variety of selections, the day I was there they had sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and the breakfast representative was very nice and attentive.

The location was close to places we needed to go to I didn’t like how it was ran down looking , lot lizards outside all time of nights I just felt uncomfortable

Classic you get what you pay for. Decent place and convienent. Breakfast was good. A/C did not work well, was an older system. Elevators old and slow, took the stairs after first use. Had a late check-in (around midnight) and had to call for front counter staff to show up.

Burn holes in the carpet, mildew smell, stains on the bedding. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

The property was nice and clean to hold it down for be right back

Upon arrival, there was a sign at front desk stating the clerk would return shortly. After waiting around 10 minutes, the clerk arrive and apologized, stating they were the only one working. The ice machines were not working on any of the floors, and the front clerk got guests ice for our ice buckets upon request. The room itself was clean and spacious. The beds slept good and the air condition was not super loud. Continental breakfast was good. This hotel was affordable and worth the price.

Bad

Very good

The hotel seems to be an older hotel that has not kept up maintenance and amenities with more modern or refurbished hotels. Check-in was good. The lobby is a little dingy when we arrived at our room and walked in. There was a faint musty odor within the room the carpets were well worn the couch was very saggy and uncomfortable to sit in the beds in the sheets were great air conditioner worked perfectly, and I would honestly stay in this hotel again, but I would probably look for a slightly newer or recently remodeled hotel within close proximity. We did not eat the breakfast because we are not fans of free hotel breakfast cause they’re just never very good.

Nothing it was dusty, me and my kid literally slept with ants, I didnt know until I woke up around 5a.m. and saw ants going up the wall from the beds to the bathroom

Rude staff. Spots on carpet. Didn’t smell the greatest

Waffles! All ice machines were broken and the tub in my room had a hole in it

They have refused to refund the $100 security deposit, even though the room was left in perfect shape.

When I checked into Room 206 on September 12, there was immediately a foul odor in the room, and the air conditioning would not cool the room properly. I notified the front desk, and a maintenance technician was sent to take a look. Unfortunately, even after his visit, there was no noticeable improvement in the temperature. The situation became even more concerning when I took my shoes off and discovered that the carpet was soaked. I was informed that the hotel was at capacity, and because I understood that the staff had limited options, I chose not to make additional demands or create unnecessary stress for anyone. The next morning, upon checking out, I reported my concerns to the front desk and was told that the General Manager would be notified. Considering the foul smell, wet carpet, and non-functioning AC, I genuinely expected someone from management to reach out to me afterward. As of now, no one has contacted me, which is disappointing given the magnitude of the issues I experienced. I chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and conveniently located just minutes from where I was celebrating my birthday. What makes this even more unfortunate is that two other people traveling with me also stayed at the hotel and had absolutely no complaints. It appears I simply received a bad room
