As we were traveling with a lot of luggage, it was great to find a place where we could easily grab a cart, load up and head to our room. The staff was lovely, rooms were clean, having the laundry room was great (thankfully it used quarters) and my granddaughter loved the pool. Breakfast was a nice selection of items which allowed us all to fill up before heading out for the next part of our journey.

Staff was pretty dismissive to me. The breakfast was good and pool was clean when I went to it. The water stayed cold though.

The staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was different every morning. The toilet in our room kept clogging. The air conditioner in our room was musty and made the room stink.

The hotel was just okay. It could have been a lot cleaner. The staff barely looked up when you walked by the front desk. Probably won’t stay here again.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. The hotel was in a great location. Maybe 15-18mins away from downtown.

Everything was mediocre. It wasn’t horrible but it was very dated. Breakfast was disappointing. The biscuits we partially hard and cold.

Everything was fine except I had to kill a couple roaches in my room. Tina at the front desk was exceptional. Great customer service. Give her a pat on the back please.

The curtains were old and covered with visible stains. The carpet throughout the room was musty and heavily stained, and the furniture was old, worn, and peeling. We also noticed several small spiders crawling on the bathroom walls during our stay, which made us even more uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness of the room. There were also several maintenance issues. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work at all during our stay. The microwave was missing the rotating wheel underneath the glass plate, so the plate would not turn properly, and the microwave was extremely loud when operating. The shower was also unusually loud and made concerning noises whenever it was running. Housekeeping never came during our stay to change or replace our linens, which was especially disappointing considering we were there for the entire weekend. For what we paid for a king suite with an additional living area, I expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room. Instead, the room felt dated, poorly maintained, and in need of a thorough cleaning and renovation. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel other guests should know what we experienced. The hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping. Based on our experience never again!

The only thing good about this hotel was the night front desk gentleman who was absolutely amazing. The rooms smelled like animals. The sofa looked like an animal took a bite of. The shower head looked like it was going to fall. Needs serious maintenance care.

Our go to when seeing a concert at Truliant. Very reasonably priced, quiet, clean, and has mini fridge and microwave. All this is needed for a quick weekend trip

One of the only reasons we decided to book a room at this hotel, was because it had a pool. We were traveling with our granddaughter. When we went to use the pool, after a day where it got up to mid 90°, the pool was too cold to even step into. To make it worse, the pool area, being partially open to the outside, was so filled with mosquitoes, could also not be used.

Staff was very nice and will work with you when you come in late for check in. We didn’t know the hotel had a pool.
