Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North

Awesome location

Check in was easy, our room was nice and clean.

Very nice and clean

Staff was helpful will stay again

Room was clean and spacious Construction going on and cost of buffet breakfast

Bummed that the gym was out of service AND our bathroom door wouldn’t close. Everyone was nice and rooms were freshly renovated.

My stay was what I needed it to be and for that I’m grateful.

Exceptional

Good

Overall though it was fine.

Gym and pool.closed bathroom faucet loose

very well kept up loved everything no complaints

Excellent place! I recommend it 100%

I was very surprised to find that breakfast was not complementary for over night stays. You had to pay for your breakfast each day. That was different for a Hilton hotel and disappointing.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating

Great experience staff was kind

Great location Breakfast not included

Breakfast not included

I didn’t try the breakfast because it was $15 per person for the same type of breakfast the Holiday Inn next door was serving for free. They did have free coffee but they were out of tea. The property is under construction and the closed off areas look terrible. There is a curtain that “closes off” one hallway but it’s hang down and you can see the giant mess behind it. There is a gated area that looks like where a pool used to be and the area connecting it to the hotel is a bit of a disaster. We also had to kick our door in because it got stuck every time.

Was not satisfied with booking.
