Got in late from a long drive and both TV’s in our rooms didn’t work. I was told there was no maintenance available to fix them. The free breakfast was not good at all

We also noticed an unpleasant smell in our room and eventually realized it was coming from the sheets. They smelled as though they had not been completely dried before being folded, leaving a wet-dog-type odor. The staff brought in a humidifier, stripped the entire bed, replaced the linens, and sprayed the room. The replacement sheets were a little better, but unfortunately, the smell was still noticeable. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because of the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, and amenities. The staff's willingness to address our concerns definitely made a difference.
