When I arrived and checking in it would have been nice to be told about the south elevators to get to my floor. Otherwise, it was excellent!

The hotel was in a perfect location, in walking distance to many of downtown Chicago’s landmarks and close to CTA stations to take you to other areas of the city. The only drawback was the outside noise level; even from the 31st floor, we could hear sirens and noise of traffic every hour of the day.
