It was clean

The pool and workout facility was really nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I couldn’t believe how much the hotel wanted for any of the snack in the room. More than 3 times the amount that you would pay in the store. The shower was really disappointing. There was hardly any water pressure coming out of the shower head.

Location was great .

Beautiful hotel with a great bar, perfect location and central to everything. One of the comfiest beds ever.

Loved the gym and pool area so much, we thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing here. Our room, once we upgraded, was enormous and very comfortable

Room was very clean and comfortable. Great bed, nice shower. Only stayed one night. It was nice having coffee in the room and a Starbucks downstairs. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it was a very expensive buffet. We didn’t have a chance to walk around since our visit was short and the weather was terrible but it looked like it was a very convenient location close to Navy Pier and other attractions.

I have stayed there several times Street noise can be a problem. One time it was way too warm. Never cooled off in the room. Like 80°. Stans donuts around the corner and lou malnatti basically across the street.

Nice place

We had a really nice room with a great view! The room was very spacious and very clean, and the staff were very accommodating too!! The only minor thing or complaint I had was the ac was just ok especially at night. However, I give this property a 10 out 10 and I’ll definitely be staying there again the next time I visit Chicago!!!

Chief complaint: Car/motorcycle noise was bad. I’m a good sleeper, but the revving sounds kept me up.

We stayed for one night in the grand tower. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The historic pool was the main reason we stayed here and it did not disappoint!

Nicely updated since my last visit. Staff was great. 1932 pool was an nice surprise and gorgeous. Expensive but the views and location justify the extra expenditure .

We only stayed overnight but the location was great to walk to our destinations.
