Our first night there they checked someone else into the room while we were in the room. I was lying in bed relaxing trying to fall asleep and my husband was laying on the couch when someone walked right into our room! When my husband checked our keys they didn’t work anymore. We went to the lobby and they reprogrammed our keys but didn’t even apologize. We are from a small town in Minnesota and we didn’t know how the parking tickets worked so we asked the front desk. They didn’t know anything. Also on top of everything the room was too hot for sleeping. The air conditioning doesn’t work when you put the thermostat where the cold air blows on it. Would not recommend if you’re a hot sleeper.

Room service was excellent. BC Bistro has delicious food. Negative: The young man at the desk in the evening, said my husband had to sign in. I told him that my 93 yrs. old husband was going to stay in the car until I had the room key. It was cold and raining outside. He still said Earl had to sign in. His name was in the computer from years 30 ago! I told him that I made the reservation. I prepaid for the reservation with my own credit card. I am checking in. NOW. What is the problem? I made sure the whole lobby heard me. We had been traveling all day and were tired. Another front desk person came over, looked at my reservation and told him to give me my key.

Attentive and friendly staff greeted us. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The shuttle bus was a good option, too.
