I have no complaints about the hotel! They’re renovating, and I’m sure it’ll be even better when the work is done. My room was clean, the staff was so nice, and the food was great. I especially loved the vegan patties!

Price of parking! I had to go back and forth to meetings several times a day and having to pay each time I left was very inconvenient.

Mold in bathroom and pool area. Staff forgot to update invoice twice, parking not working, ac loud, little noise protection

The room was nice, but one major problem. The headboard light didn’t have a way for it to be shut off. Once I realized the problem I called the front desk. They sent up someone for maintenance. He didn’t know either. The following day I asked the front desk again and they said the same thing. So for two nights I slept or as I should say kind of slept with the light on the whole time.

They offer free shuttle to and from the airport , desk lady told me to get oyr at terminal 5 and walk to the rental car .. you cant its like 2 miles away . Sheets smelled strong chemicals , heard the elevator bell all night , they started construction knocking on wall at 7 am and I paid 300$ a night .. this hotel ans staff is a joke , stay away from this place especially for the price

It’s in a convenient location especially if you’re traveling and planning to use the cta to get around the city. The breakfast pancakes are to die for, they literally melted in my mouth 10/10. Staff, when checking in the desk agent asked us why we were staying there and I said for a concert. He then proceeded to say that I couldn’t afford downtown hotel prices, which is weird to say.

Went to the restaurant and to wait for 20 mins to get in hardly nobody was there. Then they were out of a lot of food and credit card machine didn’t work either
