Location to Rosemont station and the convention center, are easy walks. If you're staying by O'Hare, the location is great! If commuting into downtown Chicago regularly, you'll have to decide if the one hour commute each way via the CTA is worth your time. If you're only going to be downtown, I think it's better to pay the extra to be downtown. Breakfast was a big plus. Besides the omelette station, this is one of the better selections I've encountered - significantly more than the standard breakfasts experienced (toast, cereal, pancake, egg, sausages, etc.) with a rotation of pre-cut fruits, potato, sausage or bacon and my first chilaquiles. Hilton rewards gets you two adult drinks per night plus snacks. Bartender could make a variety of drinks with hard liquors and the snacks were chips and salsa, cheese, and veggies with dip. Nice way to draw people in for the evening! We'd consider staying here again. :)

Happy hour at six Freshly made omelet at breakfast The carpet in the bedroom is old and worn with the nails sticking out of the edges. That is now a hazard and needs changing.

A upgrade to bathrooms would be a good idea.

I like the breakfast and the free drinks and cocktails every night!

Room was clean and well stocked, staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was very good every morning with plenty of food. We didn’t use the bar but we had pizza at SLYCE and it was delicious!!!

Check in and check out was very quick. The staff was very friendly. Food was very good and plentiful. The rooms were clean and very roomy and taken care of daily.

Good value. Nice accommodation. Great included breakfast. Hooray for complimentary shuttles. Two downsides: 1. shuttles scheduled for every half hour on the quarter and three-quarter hour….but the three-quarter hour van did not show up, causing confusion and delay, and 2. Extra charge of $11 for in-room wifi.

Nice clean rooms. Really good breakfast and complimentary drinks.

Very pleasant. What I like is how the front desk called to tell me my door dash had arrived Sunday night about 9p or later. I don't know her name but then you for being so considerate! I wish the snacks weren't so expensive. I understand convenience but give your guests a break considering how high prices are now. One 12oz drink was $18. Ridiculous.

Love the breakfast and the reception

My only comment is that we are long term vegans, and while there was oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, the plant-based options were sparse and we had to educate some staff about what vegan means. Come on now - this is 2026 and the world is discovering more healthy ways to eat.

Convenient parking. Easy walking distance to the CTA trains
