Huge rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast. I loved and enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was excellent, both got and cold food constantly replenished. Staff were helpful and attentive. It was all fine.

Room and clean and staff were great.

Close to airport after flight was canceled if everything was not sold out I would have left The staff sucked they were rude and ignorant last thing we needed after a long day and changing in at midnight

Disappointed i was charged 250 dollars for smoking which i wasn't told it was a smoke free hotel

The hotel main lobby areas was VERY clean. There was a well-stocked coffee and tea bar, which was very helpful! We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but the area appeared to be well-kept and inviting. Also to note... The pool table was a very nice touch -- I hadn't seen that before! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, and HIGHLY recommend it!

When returning to pick our vehicle up, we 1st noticed our vehicle was parked in the handicap spot, not in a secured area as we thought. Second our carabeener was missing. We told one of the attendants they were missing, he said could not be the case as they never accept carabeeners from customers. He reached out to the valet that parked my vehicle and he said I never handed the keys with the carabeener. When arriving home we needed to break into our house and we will need to cut the lock at our storage unit. Shame on you me valet!!!

The staff was fantastic! We only had 1 problem. There was 3 spots of blood on the bathroom floor and someone else's hair in the shower. We told the front desk about the blood (noticed the hair later) but said not to worry about it. We are nurses and cleaned it up but thought it should be noted for the future. Otherwise everything was great! See above

Just a little issue with room temp.

Very clean Valet parking and the rate

I absolutely loved this hotel for myself and my family, worked out well for us. Indeed close to the DOMESTIC side of the airport. otherwise we took a airport bus and then a sky train to get to the hotel, from the international side. Breakfast was good but lots of walnuts/pecans. I’m allergic so was skeptical about eating the breakfast. Hot water isnt hot enough for my tea. Otherwise great variety. Typical american non healthy breakfast. Theres a food place attached that closes late which is nice after a long flight. The beds need an upgrade, the mattresses were sunken but lots of space for a bug family. I really love that I got to wash my children’s bottles.
