Very poor communication and a lack of respect\. The experience was very expensive, and even breakfast was not included\. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone\.

Hotel was not clean. I booked two rooms and they did not put the room together. Amenities were not in use or very dirty.

Rooms were ok, but overall the hotel could use some upgrades.

Our stay was good. Only ice machines were on 2 and 8 which was kind of an inconvenience. Other than that everything was good.

We purchased two separate rooms on the same night and both were dirty. One had a dead bug on the toilet, lotion (or a similar substance) on the curtain and mysterious stains on the decor (paintings, headboard, air unit, etc.) The other room had hair in the shower and crumbs on the floor. Both rooms had giants stains on the mattresses and were overall unsettling to stay in. The ice machine was only on the 2nd and 7th floor and the ceilings/walls were falling apart in those places. We didn’t even feel comfortable using most amenities after seeing the state of our rooms, I would assume the breakfast, pool, gym, etc was just as nasty. The trash outside the building was disgustingly overflowing and was the first red flag of many. There’s a reason this place is so cheap, it’s filthy and unsanitary. I would never stay here again and would highly recommend others to spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The location was just right for the place my friends and I were visiting. When I got in the shower, I found that the Body Gel bottle attached to the shower wall was empty! I was going to a special event and was not able to shower with soap, just hot water.

Our room was clean, however the toilet water tank was continuously running all the time. TV remote control was defective and they took forever to replace it.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The location was convenient to the house of friends I was visiting. Though the staff was unable to help with some of the room issues (see below), they were friendly and polite. The tub and sink didn't drain properly. A nice plumber from maintenance tried to fix this but failed. I have never stayed in a hotel where the water temperature was tepid, not warm-to-hot. Two out of three nights, I had to ask for coffee pods at the front desk because housekeeping didn't replenish. I didn't need laundry done, but noticed that the washer on my floor (2nd) had a "broken" sign on it. Though there were signs on the 2nd floor pointing to an ice machine, the front desk informed me that there was no ice on the floor

There was a huge wedding and hotel was basically taken over by this group and they were not respectful of the property.

Closed bar when should have been open. Stated he would get to it when he had time. Contacted maintenance about ceiling never came so checked out. Wasted time, energy, and money do not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again!

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Room was clean and bathroom was clean as well. The ceiling was chipping and fell onto the floor making a mess. The hot water in the shower was barely warm (at best). The mini fridge barely worked. Hotel needs updated, as they are behind. I have stayed at other Crowne Plaza’s and they were top of the line (which prompted my booking for this trip), but this one….is behind on the times. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed.
