Hampton Inn by Hilton Columbus I-70E/Hamilton Rd

Breakfast was just ok, pretty basic. More healthy options for breakfast. Did not get the King size bed we reserved. First room we were given had a broken lock on the door. Second room had a constant drip in the bathtub.

I had booked the hotel for my kid's soccer games. Due to a major storm, the games were cancelled. I contacted the hotel on multiple occasions to try and cancel my reservation, but they refused to refund me. So I lost about $160 for a room I never stayed in.

Front desk took 20 mins to come out, asked to give my friend a key when he got there later on that night and refused it to him, it slept bad in the room too

My stay at the Hampton Inn from Monday to Tuesday was good. The staff were kind and welcoming, and breakfast was amazing as always. The building was in good shape with plenty of parking. I didn’t use the pool or Jacuzzi because I was studying. The only issue was a dirty chair in my room, which made me uncomfortable even though the rest of the room seemed clean. When I checked out, the front desk staff and his family offered me lunch, which made me feel cared for and welcomed.

Friendly staff

The room was not cleaned. I did have to leave because the electricity at home was restored before date set by utility company. Therefore last day cancelled . So stay was not 12-15. No one told me had to request room be cleaned. Went downstair to get clean bed sheets and cases. never received sheets. Following day paid person to help change the bed and with the room. Refused to give me any refund or credit for this.Will not book again without being given consideration for not providing me proper services See above

This is a great hotal me my family had a great stay very clean friendly at the front decks 5 star hotel

This location is currently under heavy construction.

The place is being remodeled so everything smells fresh and looks nice! The outside can be deceiving with the large barrels and uncut grass; however, the rooms and the main lobby were clean. The housekeeping staff cleaned as guests came and went, keeping the place clean and tidy.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. The hotel was well maintained and convenient. I had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again.
