Somewhat updated room & bathroom. Good price No free breakfast. Dinner burger at restaurant just OK. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Refrigerator never got cold. Need to get rid of carpets in rooms

Room was an old motel room upgraded. The hot water didn't work on the sink so I reached under the sounter and turned it on. It leaked all over the floor. Parts to repair it were left right there but not installed. $12 parking fee was not mentioned anywhere in the booking and the parking lot was almost empty. Hod to go up 2 floors for a working ice machine . When we got to our next destination while unpacking a roach popped out of my clothes. Would never stay there again.

Close to venue Electrical outlets didn’t work, overcharged room and have yet to release $75 fee

The hotel was good for an overnight business trip. The cost was very reasonable. Good parking and convenient to access the property. The desk staff was very pleasant and that always make the stay feel better! It is an older hotel but we were not diappointed.

The room was hot. I turned in the air-conditioning unit. But nothing turned on. Wish the sheets were softer and the air worked, had a terrible night sleep.

Nice view. Clean lobby & clean room. My sink had no cold water, cold water was turned off, as well as toilet water. I turned the toilet water back on, but left the sink's cold water off, look like there was a leak.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds were. comfortable. Outlets in room didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. TV was very old. Very noisy in hotel and street noise was heard in room

Overall great experience. The staff for the breakfast was amazing & exceeded expectations. Only down side of our personal experience was the pool didn’t seem to be heated & I requested a TV remote from the front desk twice & never received one but it was an extremely busy weekend for the hotel.

It was not clear to me why there was going to be a $75 charge on my card, in addition to the cost of the room. The staffer at the front desk told me about this charge — which would later be refunded — but couldn’t really explain to my satisfaction what it was for. Other than that, the room was beautiful, quiet and clean and the mattresses were nice and firm. Thank you!

As soon as we walked in there was a really bad order, (wet carpet), 1 day we had no water and when I try calling downstairs the phone did not work, we were not notified that the water was going to be shut off, and when it was finally turned on by 6pm there was no hot water. When I called down stairs (from my personal cell phone) the lady in the front was very rude. Though Veronica and Emma were nice and professional. I had 2 additional charges to my card one of $467 and one of $386, I have only received the one of $467 but not the $386, which I do not understand why I was even charged? It was all pre-paid by a company card, they had my card for accidental's which fee was $75.00. No fresh towels the whole time. Bad and unfortunate stay.
