WoodSpring Suites Columbus West - Hilliard

I had a great time, and the staff were really nice.

To earn my choice rewards points for my stay. That's the only downside. Other than that 10 star for customer service and professionalism. Can't earn point for being a choice rewards member

The hotel was very different than how it looked online… It was doable for a 2 night stay but would never stay there again. There were very odd people around the hotel and felt unsafe. We found a roach in our bathroom. The hotel looked like it was a hospital that was turned into a hotel and had a really bad vibe. The place looked super nice online so if you are going with kids or are younger I would not recommend you stay there.

THEY HAD BUGS AND I LEFT, NO REFUND!

Bueno

As soon as you enter the property it's like a breath of fresh air. It's spotless. This is one of the main things that I look forward to when I am traveling. Keep up the good work. You will see me again.

Superb

It was great extended stay at a very clean well run hotel.

Booking.com booked a fantom with room. There were no available rooms when I arrived and had to drive across town to find a room that took me three hrs before I could shower and sleep four three hrs and get to work! ???

Was nice hotel I will like to come again and again

It was good but just couldn’t extend my stay and it just made it harder on me to go look for another hotel

Tyler doesn’t know his job I got there and he said he had no room for me. Booking called and he said he didn’t know how to retrieve it from system. I ended up sleep in car after driving 8 hours
