Comfort Inn & Suites Conway

Great breakfast options! The guy at the check in desk was very courteous & cheerful- that means a lot after a long day on the road! Clean rooms, comfie bed, and THANK YOU for providing plenty of pillows!

Staff was a little abrupt, but efficient.

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast. Also staff was very accommodating.

the coffee machine was amazing i don'tlike carpet in a pet friendly motel, it grosses me out.

Superb

The pool, free breakfast, the room were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The parking was crouded.

Exceptional

Super clean and very helpful staff. Also, very walkable with several restaurants close by. I only rated it a 4 because it lacked sound proofing. This place was SUPER clean- which I loved. I will probably stay here again. It’s certainly much cleaner than others in the immediate area. .

Asked the hotel to clean the sheets due to a spill. They agreed but just came and made the bed up while "cleaning" the room. The spill was still there when we returned to the room. Towels smelled terrible, I would recommend bringing your own.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Clean with comfy bed ans suite

I needed a handicap room. The attendant didn’t have any but gave me the best he could which turned out to work great. I have a service dog. The next day a different attendant said I snuck in my dog, it was in a no dog room and so he was charging me an extra $50. I think this charge is not appropriate. I did fell the new attendant felt really good about his power. His body language reflected a major authoritarian behavior.

Great place, very clean, wonderful staff :)

Exceptional

Clean, staff was very nice and polite

Great place to stay. Would recommend this hotel to any traveling through the area.

The ice machine on the 2nd floor needs cleaning mold in the ice drop level.

Very good

Pool was not open.

Comfortable beds Smelt like cigarette smoke, random knocking on door at 3am. Inattentive morning staff.

Breakfast was not included in the room cost.
