Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Conway

Nice room, clean, comfortable bed.

Great stay! Nice and helpful breakfast staff!

Clean, comfortable. Close to our event location.

The staff was joyful! They were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was large. We had adequate towels. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub looked like it once had a non-skid surface, but it didn't any longer so the shower was slippery.

Everything was good

On the other hand, the room, facility and lobby were all very nice. Just needs some TLC in spots, throw the pillows out and get some good ones and check ac in all rooms. I can put up with the other stuff, but not a hot room to sleep in.

Friendly, helpful staff. In room quality coffee. Reverse osmosis water bottle filler in gym, normal free breakfast but with quality yogurt & fresh fruit. Maintenance / housekeeping should clean in room HVAC systems / grills & filters so guest aren't forced to. Recommend hotel.

Clean

I had a great stay at the Fairfield! Very friendly staff, nice rooms, and good amenities. I want to especially thank the people who prepared the breakfast each day! I really appreciated the quality of the food (a rarity at many hotels these days) and the beautiful layout. It made me feel like I was coming down into a family dining room with a lovely buffet each morning. Thank you to everyone!

Nothing terrible rooms and staff was cussing amongst each other just a very terrible experience

Yes, they wanted my credit card to secure in case I used incidentals. I had already paid for my room. Time before last, the hotel used my credit card to pay for my room again. It took approximately 1 week to refund my money.

No tv service available in any room and didn’t tell us until we were checked in and didn’t over any discount for this

It was a nice clean facility, however, when we arrived, when we got to the room, the deadbolt didnt work. Also, the TV viewing was terrible. The standard channels wouldn't work at all plus there was no family viewing channels like METV or FETV. Im sure that could be improved upon without raising the cost. Otherwise, it was a nice, safe facility.

Exceptional

Quiche, sausage and bacon were gone. Fruit bowl was almost empty
