La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conway

Clean room, had everything needed, location good, friendly staff. Bed and pillows were too soft.

I have never been treated as poorly by any hotel desk in my life. I can understand the problem, but not the attitude. When we arrived, we extended our stay from 1 to 2 nights. He charged my credit card $150.10 for the additional night and $24.00 for the pet the first night. The second day after check-in, we were gon all day. When we returned, we could not get into our room. My wife went to the front desk and was told it was because we were to check out by 11:00. She told him I took care of it the night before and asked what we needed to do to resolve this; he said to pay for the room. She said I thought it was; I will have him come up and straighten it out, but he is disabled, and I can't leave him standing in the hall. He fixed the key; she came back and told me. He asked me why I had not paid for the room if I was going to stay I said You charged my credit card the night before, not me I opened my bank account on my phone and showed him the charge for $150.10 from your hotel. He said that was the pet charge. I said no, this charge for $24.00 is for the pet. He shuffled through some papers and said it never showed up in his account, so I would have to pay it again. I said I think that's a problem between you and Visa it has been removed from my account. He shuffled some more papers and said, " Oh, here it is I put the wrong date on it. It wasn't the problem; it was the attitude. After all his hollering and accusations no appoligy he just turned arouned and left.

The only issue with the hotel was their coffee was like water. We it was mentioned, all the said was they didn't handle the coffee pot. It was an outside vendor. Then they should have made coffee for their guests.

Clean. Cordial staff. Unfortunately their key card system was down, so I had to leave my room ajar every time I had to take my dog outside & couldn't leave the property. I was also charged an extra $50 without being told, even after I asked if they were charging for a deposit, which was deceitful. Planning on requesting that refund asap.

I love Laquinta. The rooms are very clean and everyone is friendly. Always have great beds too. Its my stop anytime I travel to see my daughter!

I never saw anyone at the front desk. You had to ring for them. The shower in my room was barely working. Breakfast offerings were minimal and the chairs in the breakfast seating area were terribly stained. The worst La Quinta I've stayed in, which might be why they were not very full.

Was a forgetful experience. Poor quality shower and damaged bed frame and A/C Controller. Not up to the laquinta standards I am familiar with.

My granddaughter enjoyed the waffles. The breakfast choices was good. The swimming pool could have been warmer, it was too cold for me.

Booked a two queen bedroom got into the room and it was filthy hair on the ground trash on the ground brown stuff on the walls window curtains on the lamp shades just absolutely disgusting. Went to the front desk and requested a different room was stuck in the one king with a pullout bed in the pullout bed looked like it was about 20 years old. Would not recommend this hotel unless they do some updating. also there was mold on the ceiling.

If you are going out early, don’t believe that they will make you coffee and there was nothing but cold leftover coffee to be had the day we checked in and the same coffee was there when they promised us they worried and coffee really at 4:30 am! I believe if you are going to put the pots out, you should have coffee for people to drink. Traveler like to have coffee!!!

Overall I was just ok with my stay at this LaQuinta property in Conway Arkansas..I had a prepaid room prior to chk in. They hit my card with a deposit, and it took repeated calls to Mgr to release after 10 days.

Ac leaked all over floor.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was awful. I took pictures. The toilet needed re grouting as did the shower..was awful. The lamp shades were cracked and old. The bathroom cabinets needed painting. The chais was stained and fabric was worn. I definitely would not stay there again.

The ice machine on our floor was broken but the other floors were working. The staff was helpful, and kind!
