Comfort Suites Pittsburgh Airport

All was well with the hotel. The elevator is a little outdated and at times slow but it works. Breakfast was ok, we only stayed one night.

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, there was mold growing on the sheetrock in the bathroom and the room was incredibly loud. I could hear the guests above me walking around, and their shower sounded like the water was coming down my walls. I also kept hearing a vibrating noise like someone dropped their cell phone under the bed. I'm not expecting luxury, but the visible mold and the smell from the mold wasn't great. I stayed a total of 7 hours.

The breakfast was also lacking and out of most things so we ended up buying breakfast.

Outside garbage we're overfilled, pool area needed cleaning, water fountain in pool area rusting. There was only one person we saw for maintenance, and housekeeping. He very friendly, but also very busy. Breakfast area was too small.

Breakfast was lovely. Paper cups. No tea bags or milk in room. But being a brit. In usa I had to expect it

Parking was VERY limited. I took the last spot in the parking lot when I arrived around 9 pm. Staff was very welcoming and professional at check in. My room was very clean, and had ample room for all of my luggage. I didn’t have the opportunity to get breakfast.

We checked in went to assigned room to find out someone was already in the room. We had to go back to the front desk. We reserved a king room and were asked if we would take 2 queens. When asked if it would cost more she said nevermind I will give you a suite. The room was not filthy but the floor had not been swept. The desk was dirty with food grease smears. There was a spider in the bath tub and a foil topper from a travel container. There was no curtains in the window just a thin blind. The light from the sign lit the room up all night. The air conditioner made noises all night. There were also some strange bangs during the night. We more than likely would not stay again.

The shuttle service to the airport was punctual, friendly, and began early in the day, which we needed. We did not sleep well due to the noise from others around us; we could hear snoring, talking, doors slamming, and the elevator.

Nice Comfort Inn. Staff not especially helpful. Selection of cereal limited, nothing for gluten free like Cheerios.

Was clean. Staff was very friendly. We needed late check in and had no issues

The breakfast was basic ok The front desk was RUDE. My room smelled bad. The air conditioner rattled the bathroom door couldn’t shut all the way. There was mold by the little fridge on the floor Then you lost power one evening , and we had no air or lights until 10:30 am
