Useful and convenient for my needs near the airport.

The staff especially Brianna was excellent. Cheerful and helpful and unfortunately had to apologize for and compensate for the condition of the hotel. I included a photo of the entrance portico which is a guest's first impression. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were unable to get the TV remote to work so Brianna came up to our room to assist and get it to work. The phone in our room didn't work. The beds and pillows were in good condition and comfortable. The location of this hotel is pretty remote and not as conveniently located to the airport as we had hoped.

A good price for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the soaps/lotions in the bathroom were half used. There was also a beautiful restaurant space that was just completely closed down and a pool that was murky.

The staff was great! Room was clean- however the hotel is in need of lots of maintenance repairs. Restaurant and bar were not open and the breakfast is a bagged to go meal.

Room was very clean, tv was fuzzy for the channels, no breakfast bar but you get a grab and go bag that consist of an orange, granola bar, small yogurt and a muffin. Bar was not open the whole time we were there. Hotel definitely needs to be upgraded, located in an industrial park. Staff was extremely nice, room was spacious, about a mile from anything you might want. Good for a night stay but wouldn’t do more than that.

Another disappointment was the lack of breakfast. I understand that some hotels no longer offer a full hot breakfast, but they didn’t even have the full option of their bagged brown bag breakfast. This would have at least shown some effort and given guests something before getting back on the road. Nothing about the stay was absolutely disastrous, but very little impressed us either. The property simply feels neglected and in need of significant maintenance, repairs, and attention to appearance. With some investment in the building, grounds, and basic guest amenities like breakfast, this could be a much better hotel. As it stands, however, I would describe our experience as disappointing and very average.

Bring your own food , the breakfast is not a hot meal.

Low price "grab and go " breakfast bag instead of regular breakfast wax a big disappointment. No fruit was included although sign stated that it was. Hotel building is showing its age and was not well maintained. Is located in the middle of nowhere.

The fact that I never knew about a no show fee. I was charged for a room that I didn’t stay in because my friend was rushed to the hospital and passed away that very next day. This hotel was terrible all around
