Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District

They have a roof top bar and restaurant, that caught our eye! We check in the front desk man tells us all about it, drop everything off in our room. Head to go up and it says closed for private event! Kinda NOT fair 😪 If we had known we would have stayed somewhere else.

I did not receive breakfast. I made coffee in my room and the lids do not match/fit the cups. I selected one lemonade from the shop adjacent the front desk and brought it to the front desk. I understood there would be a $6.00 charge. I noticed when I arrived home I was charged two @ $6.00. I am requesting a $6.00 CREDIT!

no worth to stay here at all for this price. so dirty inside, i can see hair on shower wall. and the towel found a long red hair with it. sink is dirty with a black ring in it. bathroom vanity legs can see moors. didn’t include breakfast, no supply water, breakfast supper expensive there.

The property is in a good location downtown. It is also clean but the staff is not really helpful and need hospitality training. The parking is expensive but secure. I would not stay here again, the Omni is right up the street and worth the value.

No on site property except $45 valet. We ended up parking on paid parking street for cheaper

The only parking choice is valet parking that is $45. There is. $150 security deposit. I wasn’t told about it. It was just charged to me and when I ask about the lady was very rude.

Overall the stay was good but several complaints about our fridge not working during our stay was made but nothing was done about it so food and medicine went bad.

Clean room, welcoming atmosphere!
