Close to everything we wanted to do. Lots of amenities available for whatever you needed or wanted to do. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, big TV Some of the service staff were less than great. Some servers & cashiers seemed really miserable at their jobs. Kind of a downer.

Location was private away from downtown which is good as some areas werent great. felt like a nice high end hotel and the bed was comfy Parking was a little far away

Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and huge! Close to downtown bars in Deep Ellum. Fast, friendly service while checking in. The only downside was paying $30 per night to self park which was quite a walk from hotel entry.

Parking lot is too far away from the main building. You have to pay $30 to park in the garage, or pay $50 for valet. The room I stayed in was clean, but there’s too much noise from the train station across the street. I’m on the 7th floor. Maybe up higher floors are more quieter. That’s probably why there were ear plugs provided in the shelf by the bed.
