The room is comfortable and the views from the room are great. It is easy to get to from SMU (just two exits north) and perfect compromise to the ridiculous prices at other hotels a little closer to campus. The finishes are a little "tired", but it doesn't affect the stay at all. However, the hotel property is clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

A great choice for a business stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling for work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable business hotel. A couple of things could be improved: the water pressure in the shower was quite low, and the breakfast selection and quality could have been better. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Amenities are scant to nonexistent. Some staff members were gracious, but a few were rather confrontational. Additionally, traffic noise was an issue all night long - better soundproofing is in order. We were in town for only one night, and it was adequate for that short time, but would not suffice for a longer visit. 1. Signage needs improvement. There's a big sign on the building, but nothing at ground level indicates which door opens to the hotel, and there are no directions leading to underground hotel parking. 2. All rooms should be non smoking. Our room was stinky from old cigarette smoke. 3. Good points: location is very convenient, and parking is free.

Room and view was beautiful. However mattress was not that great. Gave me back pain every morning. Also, room did not have a microwave. Would have been very useful during my extended stay.

Room was nice. Staff was helpful. The only negative was there is no restaurant serving meals beyond breakfast. The area proved difficult to access both food as well as gasoline...

Clean everything. friendly staff. I like having the ice and water machines available!!

The refrigerator was not working; the bathtub was dirty upon arriving, and the bathtub and sink was not draining properly.

The restaurant was closed because a staff member had to go home. Was told “the bartender can serve you”. The room was noisy with dripping water and the shower was terrible. Way over priced. Terrible.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will make this my "stay place" every time I come to Dallas!

I would like to express my disappointment with the terrible night’s sleep I had at your hotel. The excessive noise from the air conditioner, the light coming through the window, and the bright display on the air conditioning control panel made it very difficult to rest. The pillows were also far too flat. Even after using three pillows, I still could not get comfortable. It is frustrating to stay at a hotel and be unable to get a good night’s sleep because of such basic comfort issues. I would appreciate it if management could address these concerns and offer an appropriate resolution.
