Hotel Mockingbird, Dallas, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Bad

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable, convenient location to SMU. Great place to stay!

Nothing wrong with this place. The staff members are great.

Great stay in Dallas, very nice hotel. Its clean, well kept.

Stayed for a quick night but the staff was so accommodating in the short time I was there! Danielle made everything so beautiful for us. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Dallas.

The Mockingbird exceeded expectations! The lobby and restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful. The property was very newly renovated and very clean. Our room was very quiet with great air conditioning. We will stay here again when we're in Dallas.

Lack of easy non valet parking

Excellent breakfast Beautiful rooms Highly recommend!!

Conveniently located and makes all destinations in Dallas a short trip. Slight congestion in parking lot.

Very nice property. Location. Room. Restaurant. Service. All good.

Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had no issues with anything during our stay.

For our first time staying here, it was pretty decent. Our refrigerator wasn't as cold as we'd like it to have been (the knob was broken off to change the temperature) but it wasn't the end of the world.

A/c never seemed to get cool. It was hot and the room smelled.

Great clean hotel!

.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay in Dallas! Amazing service from start to finish, beautiful accommodations, and the most comfortable beds. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Only trouble was valet was extremely over crowded but it was move in weekend for MSU. Booked 2 queen beds didn’t get that gave me another room not sure what I’ll get charged.

Exceptional

I requested a room with 2 queen beds and then they gave me a room with a king. No biggie, but when I asked to get it changed they gave me attitude at the front desk and said I shouldn’t book with a third party and they’re not obligated to honor room requests through Expedia.

Excellent service as usual.
