We arrived late following several flight cancellations so liked the warm welcome from both Valet and check in. They were all helpful in figuring out where we could grab a bite to eat so late in the evening. Everything in the hotel was clean and the room was perfect. Just what we needed after a long travel day. We only had the night there unfortunately so I can’t comment on food and other amenities as we used the room to sleep, shower and get back on the road. Small aspect of attention to detail such as auto night lights under the bed to help you navigate to the bathroom during the night and a corner seating and table to eat at rather than usual desk plus fresh coffee in the hallway on each floor and reception was perfect. The hotel was surrounded by busy multi lane roads and seemed not as close to the centre as we had perhaps thought. We were hoping we were in reasonable walking distance but as we had not had the time there we had hoped its perhaps because we hadn’t had enough time to get our bearings.I suspect this hotel is used more for those visiting the university. This wouldn’t stop me staying again in the future.

Room was excellent. Care also excellent. Definitely coming back and this will be the only place to stay in Dallas in future. Nothing.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but outdated. I do have to mention that it is extremely hot in Dallas today and we had checked out already and were heading out, I asked for some water and the guy at the front desk asked me what room and when I said we had checked out he just shrugged, so no water! We came in late last night and there was no complimentary water in the room either (which it has been at almost all properties I’ve stayed before). They can do better!

It’s very convenient to downtown Dallas, and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

A lot. staff was not attentive. Pool had no towels. Only 1 working elevator. No water in the room. Restaurant staff inattentive. Gym was too small and packed. No water in gym. Housekeeping only came 2 of 4 days.

If you’re hoping to get your room cleaned during your stay, expect them to forget about you. Front desk workers are not welcoming.

The employee working the front desk that night was NEO. During our conversation, he admitted that HE was the person I had spoken with when I originally called. Apologized for the mistake and promised I would get a full refund. We only stayed 1 night, yet I was charged for 4 for their mistake. Still no refund. No call. I've called. I've emailed every contact I could find. This was not our first time staying there. Issues every single time. dont do it

My room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. I loved how it was designed and decorated. There was a large window with sheers and full blackout drapery to keep out that strong Dallas sun! There was space between the beds for a small sofa and table, as well as other ample surface space in the room. The closet was a nice size with shelves, hangers, and a safe. There were enough lamps and two full-length mirrors, one by the bathroom and one by the window. The only thing missing was a fan in the bathroom - a necessity in my opinion - for both privacy and air flow. The door to the bathroom was a solid sliding door on a track and very heavy. It pulled on the carpet outside the bathroom, making it hard to open and close. It should be planed down a bit on the bottom. Add the fan and it would be a 10/10!

The room was clean but the service was awful. They no longer offer room service but we were told we could call in an order for pickup. Then when we tried the lady told us we would have to come down to order and wait for it. We went to the restaurant and had to wait for a table to be cleaned then after 15 minutes no one waited on us so we left.
