The location is good, surrounded by older hotels right off the freeway. There are some homeless around BUT I did notice security guards on site. The breakfast was delicious and staff was great. Easy check in and out. Possibly fully gated would have been better.

Not very friendly or imformative staff and housekeeping didn't clean room, only provided towels and breakfast was very poor. Wasn't offered a receipt when checked out.

Breakfast selection wasn't very impressive and I saw multiple roaches despite only staying one night and being on the 16th floor. Extremely unimpressed and they need to solve the roach issue asap.

Loved the waffles and promptly opening on time Unfortunate. Staff earned 3 strikes during my overnight stay. It was concerning to me that people in and around the hotel did not look to be employees or guests.
