breakfast was amazing

During our visit we encounter multiple roaches each day of our stay. The bugs were on furniture, in the sinks, and the bathroom. We also expressed a concern to the representative chat about the shower curtain being torn in multiple places and burn holes. We were offered a new shower curtain and arrived at the room with it laying on the table and the old curtain still in the bathroom. My spouse had to swap it for us. I appreciate the receptionist for expressing concern and providing the information to share our issue. Overall I am quite disappointed in our experience.

The first receptionist was very kind and helpful, but the other three were very rude. They don’t explain anything, and they charge you for everything, even just asking for water for my children to take their medication. I taught water was free.

Clean room good air conditioning n breakfast n happy he!

I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but what matters is how those issues are handled. This experience significantly affected my stay, and unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff never came to clean room. A/C was less than sufficient. The hotel had portable A/c throughout building including the front desk. I had to go pick up fresh towels. Also when I glass was broken in room cleaning staff wouldn’t even come to sweep glass.

Listen, the best part about this place was for sure the breakfast. Also, the room was very spacious, so I’ll give them that. However, the smell as soon as you walked in was horrible, and yes, that smell goes all the way to your room. Then, on top of that, the restrooms sounded like a bomb was going off every time you flushed the toilet. Not to mention, the top of the toilet seat was completely broken and didn’t actually fit the toilet properly. The beds were horrible. I went there looking for a relaxing day and ended up needing a chiropractor for my back. Then don’t even get me started on the curtains they have at the bottom of the bed. You can literally tell they are holding on for dear life. I also went with two girls, and we had to pay for garage access that was supposed to be safe. However, as soon as we got there, there were some people in the garage offering me $5 just for the internet code, which made me and the girls nervous the entire time we had to go back and forth to the garage. And let me not forget, you have to use your key to get pretty much everywhere because the doors are locked throughout the entire building due to the unsafe location. Even the front door is locked as soon as you come in. I mean, listen, if you’re staying for one night and just need somewhere quick, go for it, but I would not advise anyone to stay here. This was just not the place I thought I was spending my money on.

There were cracks in the walls, everything was dated. It smelled. There were ants on my bed pillows so I couldn't sleep.

Outside appearance isn’t 1/2 as appealing as the actual inside. Great stay and very convenient location for what we were there for. Would stay again just wish you weren’t paying for parking

The breakfast buffet was good. The room was nice and clean. The property needs some work.

This place was HORRIBLE. There was no AC. The staff was I knowledgeable (told me the wrong times for breakfast so I missed it, also told me the wrong times for checkout). Parking is supposedly $20 but when I was visibly upset was waived for me—letting me know that the garage is unattended. The pool was small, dirty and towel-less. They did have some little PM snacks for free—no beverages to go with them though. Just save your money and your sanity and book elsewhere!!!
