This stay got off to a great start. I had a change in my group so I needed to change my room and the did without hesitation. From then on the trip was easy and the stay was convenient.

The customer service truly stood out—everyone I encountered was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, and the location made getting around Dallas convenient. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my entire stay.
