Hilton Des Moines Downtown

Comfy and clean.

Restuarant was short on staff.

I thought everything was well taken care of, our lunch was good, but understaffed

Very neat and clean in the staff was very friendly. Plenty to do in the area.

Superb

Hotel staff were helpful and we had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean and well maintained. Staff helped with logistics and local recommendations.

Great stay! The bartenders were amazing!

Superb

Great

Very average, so over priced and still waiting for my invoice. Emailed twice

Stayed in the sky suite very spacious. The only downfall the shower door slides to left and the fixed glass should have been right to prevent water from getting on the floor and you have this stainless drain cover if you step on it causes it to be ajar and a slipping hazard just a poor layout for this reason I wouldn’t stay at that property again

.

The friendliness and healthfulness of the staff at the hotel. I appreciate when the restaurant was closed I was able to order food at the lobby bar.

I felt the bar and restaurant were spendy. I only interacted with the man who checked us in. He acted like it was a burden.

Very clean easy to find

Superb

The TV in the living area did not work and could not be fixed. No alternatives offered

Exceptional

We only had one washcloth (for 2 people for 2 nights), requested more and they told us they were out and had to wait for laundry collection the next day.
