Breakfast was great; very clean facility; check-in was quick The fire alarm battery was bad, so the alarm beeped for a while until I took out the battery. Something I think is fairly unpreventable.

Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, Ohio was Awesome. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay if you’re traveling.

Breakfast was good. Closed too early though. Liked the pool! Too noisy. Could hear everything: doors closing, kids running around above us in the late hours, and between the walls. We mentioned it, but was laughed at. I was serious. Freezer wasn't cold enough and the microwave plate didn't fit the microwave.

It's not being well taken care of. My toilet seat about fell off because it's too cheap for a commercial building. The floor was dirty and it looks like the bathtub has a lot of dirt stains as well as the bathroom door. Details matter for a three-star

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was not too bad either. The bed was very comfy. We have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. Now, we can say we did, and we’re not dissatisfied about anything.

Location was great. Near where we wanted to be to visit friends. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety, including hot options. Fresh-ground coffee machine. Staff were friendly and answered any questions we had.
