Staybridge Suites Columbus-Dublin by IHG

Everything about the room was great except...the toilet was short. Tall people have to really squat to use it. The fan was loud in the bathroom and the flush was sometimes long,

Very nice and clean hotel. Enjoy my stay

Clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was one of the best included breakfast I have had at a hotel. The hotel was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and things to do.

Everything was good. Only two issues I had was the used towels were not removed and I had trash that was not removed that had my room smelling like spoiled food.

At the end after a miserable day they took 3 hours to get managers approval to get us another room

I normally do not leave reviews, but I felt that my experience was disappointing enough that I needed to share it. My family and I traveled from New York and chose this hotel specifically because having a kitchen would be convenient for our family during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the room were extremely disappointing. The kitchen was very dirty. There was mold on the dishwasher, and the cookware and plates were not properly washed. Some dishes still had leftover rice and egg yolk on them when we arrived. The kitchen sink also became clogged even though we did not put any solid food or other objects down the drain. The bathroom was just as problematic. The bathtub barely drained, leaving the water sitting in the tub and making it seem almost completely clogged. Additionally, the metal fixtures and other metal items throughout the room were heavily rusted. Traveling with my family, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place, especially since we were coming from New York. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel made our stay uncomfortable and was not what we expected. I normally don’t leave reviews, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

No

The staff was friendly and the room was clean but the phone didn't work in my room and nobody came to fix it. I think it sould have been a top thing to fix thank God there wasn't anything that happened so I didn't need to call or someone needed to contact me. Breakfast was very good. I went swimming and it was very clean
