There was a soccer camp basically running the entire hotel. We had a hard time getting on and off the elevator as the children were playing on it. It was frustrating and overwhelming for just arriving. They were there the entire weekend with us. But despite the noise and packed capacity our room was clean and fit us well.

The bar was absolutely over run with soccer parents, very loud. Food/drinks were good, bartenders were very nice but not a quiet place to unwind at all.

The AC unit was not good.. it resets to auto mode and turns on/off every few mins making loud noise, it was hard to rest.

The dreaded soccer team travel where the kids take over the lobby and the swimming pool and even the hallways. It’s a lot of money to have to compete with that, and the parents were equally bad. very loud in the hallways. I understand there’s no escaping it. It’s a lot of money. Property is beautiful but trashed when they are here. I wouldn’t even have attempted to take my two-year-old in the pool even though I brought everything to do it so just for your information.

I have never stayed in a Marriott that had a breakfast that you had to pay $23.99 additional.

Staff was not very informative about breakfast

Room was clean but had problems with the toilet flushing properly

Ultimately a nice hotel that I still didn’t feel was worth the money when compared to what competitors in the general area were charging. Restaurant closed earlier than advertised. There was some added on $5 charge that I honestly didn’t even catch what it was for, I just said ok. A nice place that somehow managed to annoy me.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was well prepared and service was prompt and courteous. The only odd thing we noticed was that in our ADA compliant room, the shower was not accessible. Although it had several grab bars, it was a standard step-over side tub so my disabled husband was not able to take a shower. What we usually see in an accessible room is a roll-in shower or a shower with a low-sided tub. Overall, a nice hotel we plan to visit again, but that we will ensure we specify a roll-in shower is needed.

The hotel was very modern, clean, and quiet. Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful.
