Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle Park

Was a very short stay for me I was just sending my daughter off to boot camp so I didn't eat breakfast or use any of the extra facilities but it was very very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again

Good place to stay - probably could use a little TLC around the hotel.

We booked in the wrong area! We arrived close to midnight and tried to explain to the clerk but was told only the manager could reverse the charges. SO we gave our card. The next morning, my wife went down and spoke with the manager, she was gracious enough to understand. Fast forward... my card was charged for the 1 night(12am to 9am) but was charged the next day for smoking!!!! Midnight,tired,grumpy went to bed, woke up and left. Still waiting for a call back asking what caused the charge. Worst part is WE DON'T SMOKE!

The room was comfortable, the hotel store was well stocked, the staff was very kind, and the hotel shuttle was very efficient and convenient. The restaurant did not respond via phone call, the bartender at the end of the day was not attentive to guests, and my room was not cleaned once during my stay.

Very clean hotel with lots of amenities. Staff was knowledgeable and provided recommendations for local breakfast spots.

Remotes were a bit confusing at first.

Pull out bed in seperate area with it's own TV made the teenager VERY HAPPY! Remotes were a bit confusing at first.

The rooms were nice, beds were comfy, hotel was as expected. The shower in the bathroom needed a real cleaning or possibly updating. There were notes about breakfast items that were complomentary, but we didn’t see anything out.

The rooms were clean, ample parking and the staff was very personable and helpful. The only downfall was that breakfast was not included and the price I believe was $17, unless you have rewards points to apply towards it, but it was an overall pleasant experience.

From the moment we arrived, the difference was undeniable. The property was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed after the experience we had just come from. I especially appreciated having access to the fitness center, which was clean and had everything I needed to get a good workout in. The hotel also offered breakfast, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff was pleasant, the accommodations were comfortable, and most importantly, I felt safe and at ease staying here. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you appreciate the basics—clean rooms, working facilities, good service, and a safe environment—until you experience the complete opposite.

I had my dog with me and she dislikes elevators. You had to walk from one end of 30 rooms to the other to exit.
