Sleep Inn Raleigh Durham Airport

Unfortunately the hotel is very close to interstate and busy highway with cars/motorcycles racing all night limiting ability to sleep. Really thought there was a racetrack nearby it was so loud.

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. I left my meds behind and when I went back to get them it was easy and the woman at front desk made me feel like it was no big deal. She was so kind and understanding.

The staff was kind and helpful. They gave me a ground floor room per my request. The room was comfortable and well appointed; the alarm clock worked great! Reasonable price, no complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet even with a whole construction crew staying there. I didn’t like having to put down a security deposit on my card that is going to take a week to be refunded. WiFi did not work. Only one outlet in the room worked for my phone charger.

Good

The hallways have an odor

Superb

Exceptional

Location was very convenient to the business we were visiting. Our room had an unusual smell. Breakfast was horrible! Orange juice was rotten, eggs and sausage were cold. They did have a microwave for use but it was not clean. And, there was no one to be found at the front desk to tell.

Staff was excellent.

Very clean, bed super comfy, staff nice, Breakfast decent & Easy check in and out. If I have to complain about something, the hallways are hot but having control of the AC in your room is awesome so I’m not upset.

Breakfast was good. Noisy air conditioning and at times, a musty smell.

location was great for our appointment air conditioned was very noisey. Had to turn off to sleep. There was only 1 washcloth in bathroom....I called for another but was told I had to come get it myself...but I was ready for bed at that time

No dislikes a perfect 10 out of 10

Everything, the beds was comfortable ,the room was spacious ,the breakfast was good , in the parking was good !! No dislikes a perfect 10 out of 10

Poor

Great location. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the morning staff who I checked out with. My only critique is that the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This may have been residual from years past or possibly that one of the previous guests was a smoker.

Excellently

Very good

I like the convenient off the highway. My flight was canceled so it was convenient for the night. The morning buffet did not have tea and I didn’t like that when I got to the hotel I couldn’t fill up my water bottle with a water cooler. There wasn’t one available.
