Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport/RTP

Great dinner ambiance and quality wine and drinks. Food as well.

The staff was great!! Very helpful and down to earth. Everyone had smiles!! They a few events and the jazz band was AWESOME!! Most definitely will visit again!!

The hotel was super clean very nice the food was amazing, staff was very nice

Great experience

Fantastic little nightly stay with the family. Nice cozy kinda atmosphere.

Cowling leaking in the shower, Shower flooding, flooded room, switched across the hall, that room had roaches. Complained! Was told to contact affirm for full refund! Was also told to verify no money was taken from my bank account! Please provide full refund and interest fees

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the property needs a little better upkeep when it comes to the smell in the corridors and the look of the corridors with paint peeling off the doors

Very friendly !!

Everything was of the highest quality in every aspect.

Great staff , but in dire need of an update, hotel smells very musky with dim lighting and the rooms smell as well (my and my colleague both had separate rooms)

I stayed at the Sheraton Imperial at the Raleigh Durham Airport and I had an amazing experience. Staff were wonderful, food was delicious and drinks were awesome. There was live entertainment on Friday night and they rocked it out! It was bittersweet to leave, but I'll return soon!

No special comments

We had roaches in our floor and crawling on our wall (we have pictures) and the coffee bar staff was extremely rude to us and ignored us.
