Requested housekeeping for next day which did not happen. Had to grab our needed supplies off the housekeeping cart in the hallway.

Breakfast lacking. Comfort, cleanliness. Booking said had a twin bed but they said no rooms have them.

Overbooked our room was told upon arrival that they sold our room for the night. No phone call prior to arrival. Did not refund full payment, told that they only cover their part. Dishonest business with zero regard for customers.

Was very nice and quiet! Breakfast was great!!

The bathroom and shower we’re disgusting. Paint and tape hanging from the ceiling. Exhaust fan loovers were so nasty.

Dirty, Bathroom smelled terrible. broken lamp, broken chair, stained carpet.

nice clerks they forgot to put wash cloths in the room I used hand towels all good. vacuuming could be better, there were particles and dirt on floor around bed and bedside table. I loved the sheets and bed. great for parking. I didn't get brkfst, cuz I have restrictions. I can eat scrambled eggs, meat. I can't eat uncooked or raw fruit or veggies, low fiber, no nuts per md. they had hard boil eggs n yogurt but hard boil eggs gives me tummy ache, oatmeal is fiber. plus I do not do well with processed foods thus I'm sure it's nice for the normal American diet.

We stayed here for a girl's weekend shopping trip (3 adult women) and got a 2 queen suite. Plenty of room for us. The property overall is a bit run down and in need updates. Couch cushions were all split open on one end, the black out curtain had several holes in it, sheer curtain had a rip, one of the beds had a broken boxspring with the mattress creaking really bad, bottom of the bathtub was dingy, grout missing in some areas around the bathroom wall, bathroom light is on the outside of the bathroom, small fridge, a/c wasn't getting cool, spots on the carpet, cracks in the bathroom, and the breakfast was ok. It was a budget friendly place and I'd consider it a fair trade off since we were only there to sleep (came in late Friday/Saturday night) and got up early and left. The shower had the best water pressure I've ever experienced in my life. It was an easy check in/check out with friendly hotel staff. It was pretty quiet considering we overheard the front desk say they were fully booked. I'd recommend if you weren't planning on spending a lot of time in the room.

Dirty, stained shower and carpeting. Musty smelling room. Staff were good.

The room was spacious and clean. There wasn't enough towels for the amount of guests listed, and only one roll of toilet paper. And the pull out couch didnt have bedding. Phone to front desk was left unanswered, requiring you to go down to get what you needed.

Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is always a plus. Served from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. Fresh fruit, oranges, apples, bananas. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties. Usual waffle mix and syrup found in most free breakfast hotels. Toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal packets, fruit cups, selection of dry cereal and 2 percent milk. Several juices to chose and of course coffee and tea. Hot chocolate packets available but the bonus for us was the can of whipped cream they put out to top off our hot cocoa. As you can tell from my review, breakfast is the number one item we look for and Comfort Inn delivered. We also chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle and that was an easy pick up and drop off experience.

We were told by the evening front staff they would discount our stay. When trying to figure that out the next morning, I was told to call the manager next week; they were unable to assist with any of it. I do not recommend this property unless you have no options left. This is unfortunate because we have stayed at other locations and had wonderful stays compared to this.

Staff room food and pool were great wish I could have stayed longer
