Budget Inn And Suites Eagan

The bed was ok to sleep on. At least there were clean sheets to sleep on. It was very dingy. The room was dirty. Both of the fridges in our room were not working and both were moldy inside. There was hair in the sink and the bathtub was dirty.

The location was cool. The Smell of old moldy wood was off putting.

Amenities. No soap, on tiny garbage. No functioning vending. The ice machine has slime dripping out of it!

Pleasant

The price it was listed for When I was checking out the front desk clerk refused to give me the $50 cash deposit I gave him the night before, he said he was keeping it because I had my service animal k9 Caesar in the room and they didn't allow animals in the rooms, I showed him the identification id ?? for my K9 service animal and explained to him about law's for Americans with disabilities act and that he was breaking the law and he basically told me to f off and laughed like he's done it to lot's of other people and I never got the money back

Bad

Bad

We weren't able to stay in the room because of blood all over the walls and bed. People's left over alcohol and drinks in the fridge. Hair and dirty bathroom. Dirty hand prints all over walls. It felt like a health concern for me.
