Difficulty understanding staff at check in Misleading charges for parking Shuttle driver was great though

I thought the room was good overall, but a bit smaller than other hotels I have stayed in. The door lock was somewhat problematic with the magnetic key, but otherwise stay was very good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good and the there was ample space to sit and visit with other family members staying there also. They didn't put our rooms next to each other, not even on the same floor!

When I opened the door to my room, somebody else's luggage was already in the room. I was given a different room but I was never given a satisfactory explanation how this happened or what would be done to prevent recurrence to myself or other travelers.

Breakfast was fine, had a lot of selection to choose from.

Our stay was wonderful! Clean hotel! The staff were very nice. Anna was wonderful and helpful.

We enjoy staying here during our Minneapolis trips. It's centrally located and good restaurants are nearby. The pool is well maintained, breakfasts are hearty, and staff friendly.

Was able to get a late check out without any issues.

There was a walk-in shower. The curtain was too short, so water got everywhere and I had to clean it up three mornings. Also, the mini-blind was bent letting in excess light, from the street light.

I enjoyed our stay staff was friendly and very accommodating. They gave us local hot spots to visit, good places to eat and we appreciated that. Our room was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was nice as well. Overall, it was a great stay

Breakfast was good and stay was good for checking in great selection for snack and drinks The room ac is motion sensor so it was hot in the room when you got in from a long day of softball games or sleeping at night we woke up to it being hot do to us not moving around so it would turn off

The property was clean & offered a great breakfast selection. The restaurant located across the parking lot was a great find! Close & outdoor seating was a plus. We loved the food variety.

The staff was really good and pleasant to talk to and deal with. The only thing I have to say is if you have a very sensitive spirit I wouldn't recommend this hotel my wife and I got bombarded by evil spirits that are lurking around in the hotel.

Give Hampton Eagan a try.

I liked that there was complementary airport shuttle but the mattress was very uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this property many times. This might be the last time as your front desk people are vital!
