Very good

Safe location. Hotel said recently remodeled room. Seemed to be true. Nice, clean, non-smelling room. Carpet appeared new. Walk in shower-clean. I was very pleased with the stay.

Clean and friendly staff

This place is terrible open while they are under renovation dust all over the place never cleaned and Noisy. Avoid it if you can while they are in construction!!!

Woke up Thursday morning has bumps on my body. Thought was bed bugs went to medical clinic and discovered was bitten by spiders. I went to front desk and checked out 1 day early staff said no refunds. Very disappointed

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Overall a great hotel to be at

Exceptional

The room was clean, had everything that I needed, I appreciated the ice machine on every floor. The pool was very water and air warm, new funiture was nice. The dinning room was under construction but they did the best the could to accommodate.

Excellent

Todo bien, salvo la situación de la remodelación, que no interfiere con tu estancia ni la comodidad, solo te afecta a la hora del desayuno, que te mueven al lobby

Exceptional

There was not anyone at he front desk. Upon check in there was a staff member there, yet later that day and in the morning there was no person there.

Now i am stuck with a payment for s room not used

Excellent

When booking the room, y’all should let customers know that properties under construction!!!
