SpringHill Suites by Marriott El Paso

Very nice swimming pool The air conditioning not working

The tile being done was set up loose and getting stepped on and cracked.

The breakfast was great. Rooms were really nice. Had a comfortable couch and sitting area. Under remodeling and was not aware ahead of time. The bed was comfortable but high and hard to get in.

It was a nice area The staff was terrible, the pool was closed, there was no notification that there was construction on the property prior to arrival.

The bed and pillows The room was nice with the exception that there was no toilet paper, there were no bags on lavatory trash bin and the bathroom floor was dirty. No ice machine available. The construction workers using profanity while working. The front desk staff needs to smile and be friendlier.

Good location near to the highway into an excellent Mexican restaurant! We picked this location because of the outdoor pool and hot tub, both of which were closed due to construction. The website does not mention this anywhere, in fact, the photo on the opening page is of the pool!

Disappointed the pool was closed

location was amazing! very safe and close to everything! breakfast was very good! the hotel is being remodeled but it is very clean and the rooms are huge and very nicely decorated. everything was wonderful.

Exceptional

Newly renovated rooms, very nice

Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned everyday. The hotel itself was dirty and was under contraction without a staff keeping the hall ways and lobby clean. We did not get credit for being inconvenienced.

mattress was worn out from use with large "valleys" where we laid-very uncomfortable. Lobby was under renovation which was clean, tidy and easy to navigate through.

The place was being remodeled… I’m sure in a couple months it will be back to Marriott quality

Está en remodelación y la alberca está fuera de servicio

There was a lot of construction/remodeling going on, so we understand that. Also, the toilet seat in our room was loose and would slide to the right when being sat upon. I tightened it a little myself, but it would not stay tight. I realize I could have asked for help on this, but we were fairly busy and just got by.

Very good

Staff was great
