Red Roof Inn El Paso West

One room had a straw in the bed. The sheets had clearly not been changed. The other room had hair in the bed and a toilet with no running water. My staff had to turn on the water at the wall in order to flush then turn it off before the toilet overflowed. A terrible experience. Shamefully dirty.

Needed handicap room well it was on 3rd floor only a roll in shower the room was so small too much furniture. To get up there sidewalk only has few tiny ramps door have to opened out do good luck getting in without help. Elevator doors shut so fast I was hit every time. Strong disinfectant smell in lobby and Elevators made me sick. Next morning no disinfectant just smelled like mold. AC not cold beds like rocks pillows flat felt like nothing. Stay anywhere but here.

This place is a complete dump. Read the reviews and buyer beware. Had a full blown brawl in the hall outside our room for 2+ hours starting at 1am. Dog poop all over the common areas. Hair in the bathroom. Just nasty from beginning to end.

The cleaning crew really needs to learn how to actually clean the rooms. I’ve found blood all over the walls and bugs/roaches in the bed sheets. It seems like they just come in here to take out the trash and make the bed.

There was pet space for my dog, they honored my ESA.

The place is ok to go to sleep . How ever we found cockroach in bathroom , and the pool was full of bugs and debris

Property was pretty dirty. Air vents had a lot of black gunk coming out. The outside area isn’t well maintained. Cleaners do go around cleaning rooms, but I found a lot of trash under my bed. I also had to clean the toilet with my own cleaning products and a lot of waste came out. The security isn’t that great either in the area. The side doors to the stairs are locked at certain hours and they don’t really let you know. The main doors are open to anyone so really anyone can walk in. The front desk in the mornings isn’t as welcoming. He doesn’t seem like he wants to be there. Because of unfortunate events I had to book a hotel quick but I don’t believe I’ll be returning here.
