avid hotel Fayetteville West by IHG

No TV service and the water in the shower was like warm. Staff seemed uninterested in working there

It was newly updated and clean. Nothing

Room was clean. Great place to stay, great location

Everything was great, the only thing that was bad was that I reserved a king size bed room two weeks before and when we got there they didn’t have any available and had given away our room and gave us two queen beds with the same price at the king.

Tracey helped us get a room when Expedia screwed us by not sharing our info with the hotel when there was a problem with one of the 3 cards that were on file didn’t work, causing them to cancel our reservation. But Avid came through for us.

Modern A little off the beaten path

breakfast buffet was great! variety of options and was able to fill up easily. was welcomed by the manager upon check in. definately will be back! i'm not sure the difference but there was about a $20 increase in the price based off what a 3rd party booking said, but it was still a better value than other hotels that were supposed to be higher quality.

thanks thanks thanks thanks

Water fountain to refill bottles tasted horrible. Coffee machine in the morning made water coffee - no flavor

Booking.com booked us at avid hotel which did not have a vacancy. Booking.com booking us and charging us for a room we never stayed at.

Small. modern. Simple. clean. Exactly what I was looking for this stay. The only thing that threw me for a loop was that they don’t accept cash. I had to scramble to get a visa dot card (so I didn’t have to sleep in my car). Outside of that, everything else was great.

Superb

Breakfast was great. Rooms are small but good enough. Very clean and comfortable. Small size of room but no big deal for us.

Rude management did not honor our reservation and proceeded to lie to us

It was in nice location and the cleanliness Everything was ok

Superb

It was an awesome stay!! Will come and stay again

The staff, property and amenities were amazing! I’d give it a 9/10 overall. Will definitely be returning. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Great refreshments. Just can’t say enough good things about the staff and this property.

Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. All good

Location is great
