Comfort Inn & Suites Fayetteville - University Area

Close to the interstate and plenty places to eat within walking distance. The hallways and room felt humid but the hotel was clean.

Very good

Nice comfortable beds and clean room. Hot breakfast was great. Located next door to a McDonalds. Close to university.

An older hotel that has been newly renovated and was a really good value. Most importantly, it was clean. In a good location.

Great location less than 2 miles from campus and walkable to Sassy's, Walk-Ons, McDonalds, and more. Breakfast is sparse but does include hot items (waffles, biscuits/gravy, eggs). Good value. We stay here often when visiting our Razorback because we are hardly in the room. Could use some new carpeting--a bit of a musty smell.

Superb

Very good

There is no way to darken the room. No curtains, just a sheer cover that allows morning light in. Consistent rumble coming from that bathroom are.

Smelled like cigarettes

Great staff. Great location. Older hotel.

Seemed pretty clean. Desk attendant was friendly. TV did not work.We did have a rain storm and they thought that was it.Beds were pretty hard. The air conditioning unit smelled musty when it ran.

Good

The location was fantastic, but my room (225) smelled of must/mold to an obnoxious degree. Also, although the bathroom faucet produced hot water, the shower never even reached warm. Overall, a disappointing room experience.

I really enjoyed that the room was close to the Kingdom Hall we attended. The rooms were clean and neat. I like that they gave us the queen suite for more privacy. The pool was satisfying. The front desk worker where amazing. The breakfast was good. The mattress on the pull out was so out of date my son felt like he didn't get good rest. Also the door was so hard to open and shut.

Maid service could be better

Convenient Maid service could be better

Location was good of the area we wanted to be.

A simple weekend night stay to be close to university and student/family activities.

I liked that check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The Bed was comfortable and Air Conditioner was working well. I did not like the smoker smell which seemed to be imbedded in that room. I also did not like the spots of black mold which were on the bathroom wall/ceiling.
