SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Collins

Hot tub and pool area was top notch.

We stayed here for our daughter's CSU move in week. 20 min from campus, so a bit of a drive, but near stores to buy last minute items.

We had requested a tub in the room when we reserved but when we got to the room there was only a shower. The front desk swiftly and professionally addressed the issue and we were given the correct room in minutes.

Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel

Es un lugar muy limpio y el personal muy amable!! Sòlo estuvimos 1 noche pero todo bien

Room was clean, up to date and quiet. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

The hotel was a little disappointing. The TV was not working and they were unable to repair it, the bed area had a horrible smell coming from the carpet around the headboard. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. Otherwise, the downstairs area was nice. The pool water was too cold to swim but the hot tub was nice. It was surrounded by a beautiful area full of of other hotels and restaurants. I just wished it was little nicer compared to the front desk area.

Great room. Great customer service. Hotel was clean, up to date

Very clean property. Good location

This hotel was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance, and it's not far from the college. I'd stay here again!
