I recommend this hotel

Room was large and spacious. Very clean. Couch and chairs were very uncomfortable. Bed was hard and not comfortable along with pillows. Parking was limited on upper parking. Hard to find parking space. Underground parking was very tight. Breakfast was good.

5 mins from Kidzania. 20 mins from universal. Hotel is super clean. Staff is nice. parking is free. Free dinner. Get to breakfast early.
-
It was a clean room. Breakfast was good. Staff kept break area clean and fully stocked with hot food.
-
Great experience from the moment we checked in! Amazing friendly staff. Very clean property. The snack/ drink hour and the breakfast are amazing! The only complaint would be the hot tub is extremely small, but definitely not a reason to pass up this property nor something the staff can control. We will definitely be back and highly recommend if staying in the DFW area.

The air was not cold. They offered a fan. Wow I paid all this money to get offered a fan. SThen got moved to room next door room was the same. Never again.
-
I would prefer more vegetarian food option during breakfast
-
Booked this hotel to attend a nearby event and could not wish to stay at a nicer hotel, all the staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any and all problems and queries. I’ll definitely be looking to book this hotel again and can’t not recommend it highly enough

The amenities and service can not be beat.
