Beds were old and mushy. No clean water in the gym. Expired food in vending machine. No cups for coffee. 😢

Very good location

Room not very clean. I counted 9 big ass hairs on the walls of the shower. Toilet seat was not fastened on one side. All most slid off and went into the bathtub. How does a cleaning person clean the seat and not know the seat is about to fall off. Lazy!!!!

Clean room and amenties

The room was very clean, and staff were friendly The property is overpriced because of airport proximity. The hallways felt dingy, and people that stayed there looked particular. I had a little mix up at checkout (they could not confirm if the incidental deposit was cleared), and was promised a communication later in the day, but it never happened. The charge was cleared though.

The hotel's store was non-existent. I don't know if it is being permentally removed or under construction, but there was no place on the premises for snacks

We didn’t have a pool or anywhere as far as the restaurant was concerned. I didn’t like the fact that dogs were allowed and people didn’t know how to control their dogs. It was centrally located. Bob Evans was a half mile down and so was a grocery store at Kroger‘s and some other restaurants but sometimes you just wanna eat from where you’re at other than that it was quiet and the rooms were nice

Room was very clean but furnishings and carpeting were a little dated. Suite contained all that was needed for longer stays. Bathroom was very good, modern, and clean. Staff at desk was very nice , helpful, and pleasant. Overall, it was a decent place for one night and would be good for longer stays.

We arrived to check in and found that they were overbooked. We had to find another hotel farther from the family we were visiting. Found out today we’ve been charged by Sonesta for the room we didn’t get to stay in. Still trying to work it out. Not Happy!

I like the space and bed was very comfy wish there were more options on pots and pans but other than that I had a nice stay. But also the smoking area was close to my room I can smell the smell coming into my room

Walls and floor are thin, you can hear everything. I thought a herd of cattle were upstairs. Lots of noice in the hallway, I felt unsafe with all the groups sitting outside.

They overbooked. I had prepaid reservations. They used ta advertise airport shuttle, which they do not have. Enormous unhelpful staff

Stayed there 10 days and never received any clean towels. Was told to bring dirty towels to front desk and ask for more. What kind of service is that! The hall smelled like pee. Large groups on the patio at night drinking and smoking pot. We will never stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was always in good spirits. Room/hallways were clean. Thank you for accommodating me !

They wanted me to pay $181 for a hotel room that didn’t have running water and an additional $50 that was not towed when I purchased the room
