Springhill Suites by Marriott Columbus Airport Gahanna

Fast check in. staff always around

Overall good experience, staff was friendly. Hotel room carpet needs a good cleaning as my toddlers socks were black after walking around for only a couple of hours.

Had to watch the game on my tablet. Couldn't get the TV to get internet 🙄

Room was well appointed and separation was done well.

Good location, clean room

Exceptional

The Staff, The Transportation was helpful. If I had to run an errand to the bank, grocery store, etc they were available. Laundry was accessible and convenient. I overstayed . I hope they don't or didn't mind NA

Very clean, nice spacious room, staff was more than generous, would definitely stay here again. Would definitely recommend!! NA

The hotel was super nice. From checking in to checking out, the staff were very nice and helpful. The carpet was clean and the rooms smelled fresh, and were spacious,so its safe to say that I would definitely stay there again.

good stay

Exceptional

It was very clean except the hallways

Nice hotel, convenient to the airport. I liked the room and the pull out bed was comfortable, which is rare in hotels. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent is because the breakfast was truly terrible. I will pretty much eat anything, but one bite was more than enough and we went somewhere else to eat. Just this one little change would have earned you 5 stars.

Staff was wonderful. Very clean room.

Great stay for the night before procedure at Walnut Creek Surgical Suites. Quiet, easy to access location, just a 3 minute drive. Clean, modern updates, and welcoming! Thanks for a great stay!

It was a comfortable sleep. First night the shower wouldn't drain. The front desk was prompt in the response time. The ac wouldn't blow above 70 so we kept it at 69 and stayed dressed.

Our room smelled like smoke and cleaner used to cover it up. We had a 4 night stay and never left the sign for housecleaning to pass us by. Our room was never touched. With a baby and toddler, our trash was quickly overflowing, the sheets would not stay on the bed, and we never received fresh towels. The water was out for a bit of our stay, no fault of the hotel, but nothing was ever done to offer convenience while we waited hours to take a shower after a hot day of sweating.

Shower was messed up

Nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great for a place to rest. Hardly any things to do, breakfast was fair. Not good or designed for a long stay.

Convenient location! Airport shuttle was prompt and helpful! The woman who checked me in was so sweet and helpful I will use this hotel for future flight plans!
