Tv wouldn’t work telephone not working. Security door not locked at night. Property needs an upgrade. No pool etc for last 7 years. Could have a lot of potential with alittle tender loving care

Great room comfortable bed. Price was real nice for the cost of other places in town. Breakfast was a good. Only complaint is the pool and hot tub was down for maintenance.

Evening staff was grand. Morning staff carried this “I don’t get paid enough to care “ mentality. The room at first glance looked clean. Until you walk on the carpet in the room. Your feet turn instant black, the bathroom counter is falling off the wall, the coffee station sink was absolutely filthy and growing some kind of science project in the drain. The bed was absolutely rock hard and I think had the floor not been so filthy we would’ve rather slept on the floor. The walls in the room were also disgusting but not noticeable at first glance or pictures. When sitting at the table, or on the bed and looking at something while cleaning your black feet off before getting into bed… you notice just how nasty everything is around you.

Other than the pool being closed for maintenance, this was one of the nicest hotels I stayed at. Camron (from desk) is the nicest and most friendly person in the city. The handicap rooms are very well set up to accommodate physical problems. Breakfast was on time. Had help with my luggage. I will stay there again. Easy to get to anywhere you want to go in the city.
